The Faction War for Clear Sky is also pretty great, despite having many of the frustrating bugs inherent in Clear Sky's faction war system. If you like, Warfare should also be updated for the RC, and provides a Clear Sky-esque faction war on a massive scale (although it is a bit buggy, still being worked on)
Just make sure you follow the install instructions closely and read the last page of the comments for a quick fix on quest completion.
